We want you to be happy with every Sequoia instrument, which is why each one comes with a free trial. Please try before you buy.

Bought on sequoiasynths.com

Orders on this site are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd), our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method.

• You can ask for a full refund within 15 days of purchase if the software doesn't work on your system and we can't fix it together.
• Email support@sequoiasynths.com with your order number, or contact Paddle using the link in your order receipt. Once approved, Paddle returns the money to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
• After a refund your license ends, and you must remove the software.

Bought from a store

If you bought through a store such as Plugin Boutique, that store's refund policy applies. Contact the store first; we're happy to help if they need anything from us.

Bundles and upgrades

Bundles are refunded as a whole. Discounted upgrades can be refunded only together with the product they upgraded.

Technical problems first

Most problems can be fixed fast. Before asking for a refund, write to support@sequoiasynths.com with your computer, operating system, DAW and what happens, and we'll get you running.
