Software license (EULA)

Last updated: October 22, 2026

This license is the agreement between you and Sequoia Synthesizers Co for any of our plugins (the "software"). Installing or using the software means you accept it.

What you get

What you can't do

Transfers

You may transfer your license once to another person, if you remove the software from your computers and email us first.

Trials and NFR copies

Trial versions may only be used to evaluate the software during the trial period. NFR copies are covered by their own agreement and may never be sold or transferred.

Open-source parts

Some software includes open-source code, used under its own license. RESONA's resonator is based on Mutable Instruments Rings by Émilie Gillet (MIT license). Full notices are included with each download.

Updates

Updates within the same major version (for example 1.0 to 1.9) are free. A new major version may be a paid upgrade.

No warranty

The software is provided "as is". We test it carefully in Bitwig Studio, Ableton Live and Logic Pro, but we can't promise it will work with every computer, DAW or setup. Try the free trial first.

Limit of liability

As far as the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid for the software. We're not liable for lost work, data or income. Save your projects often.

Ending the license

If you break these terms, the license ends and you must remove the software.

Governing law

This license is governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, USA, without affecting consumer rights you have where you live.
